Unlike traditional laundry services, our popular weekly subscription plans—including The Solo Plan, The Couple’s Plan, and The American Dream—are priced by the bag, not by the pound. This means clear, predictable pricing for consistent, hassle-free laundry care. You'll receive adequately-sized reusable laundry bags with your subscription, ensuring you always know how much laundry our Artisans will meticulously handle each week. Plus, we offer several options to customize every customer's order, from detergent preferences to specific folding instructions.
For those times when you need a quick refresh without a subscription, we also offer convenient one-time wash, dry, and fold orders. These are thoughtfully charged per pound at a reasonable rate, providing flexible solutions for all your laundry needs.

Our Process…..
Step 1: Pick your Plan
First, pick your plan that best fits your needs, whether it's one of our convenient subscription plans for ongoing service or a one-time service for occasional help. Once you've chosen, simply add it to your cart, where you will also select your personal laundry preferences, including your choice of detergent, fabric softener, and folding instructions. After you check out, you'll receive an email from our Grace and Linen Artisans with clear instructions for your first pick-up, ensuring a smooth and effortless start to your fresh laundry experience.
Step 2: Pick-up Day
The night before your scheduled laundry pickup, you'll receive a helpful email and text message reminder to have your laundry packed and ready by 9 AM the next day. If you're a subscriber, simply place your laundry in your Grace and Linen wash and fold bag(s). One-time clients are welcome to use any reusable laundry bag or even standard kitchen bags. Our driver will then pick up your order from your home. When your laundry arrives at our processing facility, you'll receive a notification, letting you know it's safely in our hands. For one-time clients, if your order incurs any additional charges above the initial minimum, you'll receive an invoice for that extra payment at this time.
Step 3: Processing
Once your laundry arrives at our facility, our Grace and Linen Artisans get to work, giving your clothes the professional care they deserve. Your laundry will be meticulously sorted and separated by whites, colors, and darks. Rest assured, your laundry will never be washed in the same load as another client and we sanitize all machines in between loads. We'll also carefully check all pockets and pretreat any noticeable stains to ensure the best possible results. Following your specified preferences, your laundry will then be expertly washed, dried, and either neatly folded or hung inside of protective plastic. To make putting away laundry even easier for you, clothing will be organized by size to the best of our ability, helping you quickly sort items for specific family members.
Step 4: Delivery Day
The day after your laundry pickup, our driver will deliver your fresh, clean clothes right back to your designated pickup spot. You can expect your beautifully laundered items to arrive by 5 PM, ready for you to enjoy! In case of inclement weather or seasonal pollen, your laundry bags may be placed in protective plastic bags to ensure they remain pristine.
